My Lace Banner and Trunk Show Photo's

Good morning everyone.  Today I would like to share with you some projects that I made for one of my best friend's bridal shower/ bachelorette.
The other photo's below of the Crafter's Trunk Show that I've been hosting locally in my area.

First off, take a look at the Banner I made.  I used Fabric squares from a Fabric Swatch Book.  I used by Cricut Machine to cut out the letters, which I then inked and embossed with white embossing powder.

I attached the lace to the fabric squares to give it more length and interest to the banner.
The flowers are from IAMROSES.

The next project below are pins that I made for the girls to wear on our Napa Wind Tasting.  The Bride to Be got to chose which names each of us girls were to be called for the day.  It was a hit!!

I used the pleated black trim that we carry at our Shop.

On the Tin Container below, I used vintage lace that I hot glued around at the top and bottom.  I then, used a die from Spellbinders and cut out the papers and layered them.  The letter "S" was a font that I printed out on my Word Document.  Flower from IAMROSES.

Now... here are some photo's I would like to share of our Crafter's Trunk Show that was held in November and December 2012.  It was a lot of work, but so much fun at the same time.  I met some awesome crafters locally in my area.  I can't wait to do it again soon.

Handmade Christmas Stockings

Hi Everyone!  Hope your Friday is off on the RIGHT FOOT!!
Get it?  Foot... coz I'm sharing some Stockings... Hehehehe.
OK, enough about my corny joke.  These Stockings are no laughing matter.
Check out 2 of our Designers who share 2 very different styles of Stockings.
They were both handmade with love,  for their beautiful grand daughters.

First Stocking is by Designer Cynthia Anderson.
Shabby chic and bling for the baby's name.  Definitely won't go unnoticed at the fire place.

For more information, click here for video.

Next Stocking is by Designer Janet Coulter, also for her grand daughter.  I love the layers
of lace and how Janet made the stocking look more Elfy (wait... is that a word?), with pointed toes.
Another beautiful stocking, that will surely be noticed at the fire place.

Send us photo's of your stocking on our facebook page!  We'd love to see!!

What does a Gumball Machine and a Printers Tray have in Common?

Happy Wednesday Everyone!  Thank you so much for joining us today.  I just wanted to also thank you for all your support and appreciate you coming to check us out today.  Well, as a reminder, please be sure to "LIKE" us on Facebook, so you can get the latest feed on what's happening on line and locally here at our shop!

We've got some yummy projects to share today.  Well, what does a Gumball Machine and a Printers Tray have in common? The answer is INSPIRATION of course.  Another thing they have in common is that they were created by our talented Designer Miranda Edney.  When she is finished with a project, I am always starring at it for quite a while because there are so many hidden treasures and details that go into them.  This is a Gumball first for me.  I don't think I'll ever look at a Gumball Machine the same anymore.  Instead of Candy for our taste buds... it's cany for our eyes!!!

I would like to introduce you to our Guest Designer for today,
Ms. Olga Ishenko from Ukraine.
Check her out along with her 2 projects using our Hot Air Balloon Die Cut.

A little Crafty Bio about this pretty lady:
I'm 27 and i live in common law marriage with a wonderful man. He's a dj.
I'm teacher of English, German languages and literature. But now I'm a housewife. My Grandpa was a painter and photographer and I inherited some of his gifts - I'm also a photographer and painter, web designer, I design my free digi stamps and my scrapbooking paper as well.

You can find her and subscribe to her channel:  MISSANYONA on Youtube

Check out this Pretty Lady she created using our Hot Air Balloon Die Cut.  This is definitely something, I would have never thought of doing and honestly I'm quite amazed and smitten that she came up with this concept.  It really is wonderful how Olga can interpret and create something such as this and it makes sense and the end result is beautiful.  I love how different and unique her creation is.
