TPBP Weekly Round-up

Dear Friends,

Last weekend was so much fun in the store.  We had our first card class taught by Tammy Ozuna, so the store was filled with creative minds at play - and that's just the way I like things to be.  We look forward to having Tammy back with another card class soon.

Also fun over the weekend was seeing people dressed in their 1920s attire for the Charlie Chaplin Days in Niles event.  I went for the flapper look myself, but I sure did get my fill of Charlies over the weekend.   Of all the Charlies, this little guy pictured below was my favorite. He was such good Charlie that he took second place in the Charlie Chaplin look-alike contest.

Cutest Charlie Ever!
If you missed Chaplin Days, no worries, there are more events in Niles to look forward to:
If you make it to any of these events, please stop by the shop, I'd love to see you.

New Products
You've been asking for them and we now have the NEW Julie Nutting doll stamps from Prima available in the store.  In addition to that, we also now have colored card stock in 12x12 and 8.5x11 sizes.  As the store grows so does our product selection!

As my shoppers know, I'm always buying new products for the store, but each quarter I make a pretty large purchase and release those products to my customers and design team.  The new quarter is approaching so i am shopping like a mad woman and will have a critical mass of new products on the floor in early July.

My design team will take these products and create projects that I hope you will find inspiring.  We will continue to share their project on Facebook and here in our newsletter.

Up-comin Store Closure
For your convenience, we are now listing  any up-coming changes to our store hours at the end of the newsletter in the Weekly Reminder section.  Please take a moment to review this information.

Creative Inspiration
Each week my amazing design team uses The Piece by Piece products to create projects with the hope of providing creative inspiration to our customers.  I hope you take away a little inspiration today...

Juliana has created a pretty box to hold pretty things!  The floral arrangement has a beautiful layered lace backdrop that makes this box top a pretty display for any room in your home.

  • Fri, Sat & Sun, August 2, 3, 4 for family vacation
We have made a permanenet change to our Sunday hours.  You will now find us open on Sunday
from 11am to 5pm.

These changes to our store hours does not effect our online Etsy store where we are open 24x7.

We offer a number of services to help make life easy for our customers:

  • Private get togethers
  • If we don't have what you need in the store, we will place pre-order on your behalf, shipping paid by TPBP
  • We have hundreds of dies and will cut to order what you need
  •  Gift certificates are available
  • We sell on consignment.  If you are interested in selling, call the store for details.

Let's Swap!

TPBP will host an ongoing  Artist Trading Card (ATC) Swap for our in-store shoppers.  ATCs are a fun way to share your art with other artists while also creating a collection of works from other artists.
Here's how the on-going swap will work:
  1.  When you visit the store, let me know that you'd like to swap ATCs and we will, it's that simple!
  2. We will limit the swap to once a month per person
If you are wondering what the heck an ATC is, follow this link for a definition, instructions and a video.
